1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Products that are damaged during shipping or are defective upon receipt are eligible for return or replacement.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the product back if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to damaged or defective items, Wylie Gadget will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued as a cash refund on delivery for your next order or via an agreed method since payment is COD only.

  • Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for returns.

  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
